What size should I choose?

Our garments are designed with an oversized fit. Even so, we recommend checking the size guide on each product page to find the best option for you.

You can also use the model's height and the size they're wearing in the photos as a reference.

If you still have doubts, reach out via chat and we'll help you choose.

Return and exchange options

We currently offer two ways to process your return or exchange:

In-store
You can return or exchange your product directly at our official stores located at:

  • Calle Fuencarral 72, Madrid
  • Carrer del Duc 8, Barcelona

You must bring the item in its original packaging and with its original tags, along with your order number or purchase receipt.

Online via Reveni
You can also process your return or exchange online through our returns platform:

You will only need to:

  • Enter your order number (e.g. #123456).
  • Provide the email address used to place the order.

Once completed, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions to manage your return or exchange.

General return and exchange conditions
  • Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canada and the Azores are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Return and exchange timeframes

Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless you prefer store credit or a bank transfer.

Exchanges (size or item):

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.
Special conditions during sales and promotional periods

During promotional or sale periods (Black Friday, Christmas, and official sales), the following conditions apply:

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges within 30 calendar days.
  • Subject to stock availability.

Returns:

  • Refund to the original payment method within the first 15 days.
  • Between 15 and 30 days, refund as store credit or voucher.

These conditions replace the general conditions during promotional periods.

Non-returnable items
  • Gift cards
  • Health or personal care products
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Products purchased at Pop-Ups, Outlets or Sample Sales
  • Mystery Box
  • Gifts sent by GODS to the customer

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorisation. Unauthorised packages will be rejected.

Refunds
  • Original payment method
  • Store voucher
  • Bank transfer (upon request)

Refunds typically take between 1 and 3 business days.

Shipping costs and responsibilities
  • Collect-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
  • Shipping and customs costs are shown at checkout.
  • Non-compliant shipments will be returned without a refund.
  • FAKE GODS SL is not responsible for damage or loss.
In-store returns

Purchases made in physical stores can be returned or exchanged directly there.

Item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

Not valid for Pop-Ups, Outlets or Sample Sales.

Conditions may be updated and will be published on this page.

Gods
Estimated delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and season. Our standard times are:

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 5 to 7 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 to 10 business days
  • European Union (other countries): 7 to 10 business days
  • International shipments (outside the EU): 10 to 12 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to destination, customs or external causes.

When will my order be processed?
  • Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Orders are usually processed the same day if placed before 1:00 PM (Spanish mainland time).
  • If placed after that time, the business day count starts the following day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping costs and free shipping
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €150.
  • For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on country and weight/volume.
  • The exact cost is shown in your cart before completing your purchase.
Order tracking
  • All shipments include a tracking number.
  • You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • You can check the status of your shipment at any time via that link.
Customs and taxes
  • For shipments within the EU, VAT is usually included in the final price.
  • For shipments to the United States, the price includes all taxes and duties. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
  • For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, tariffs or local taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Gods Brand is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs.
Delays, incidents and claims
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number.
  • If your order arrives damaged, report it at the time of delivery and keep the original packaging.
Cancellations, address changes and limitations
  • You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been processed yet.
  • For address or shipping method changes, contact customer support as soon as possible.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, the customer will cover any additional reshipment costs.
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft once the order has been successfully delivered.
  • We reserve the right not to deliver to PO Boxes, postal boxes or certain remote areas.
