EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy regulates the conditions for exchanges and returns of products purchased through Gods Brand's sales channels, both online and in physical stores.
2. TIMEFRAME FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
For the return to be accepted, products must be in perfect condition, unused, with all their original tags and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN PHYSICAL STORES
Purchases made through the website can be returned either online or at any of our physical stores (except El Corte Inglés), but purchases made in physical stores can only be returned at the corresponding store.

4. ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For purchases made online, the customer can manage their request through the following link:

To do so, it will be necessary to provide the order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.
Limitations:
- Orders placed in physical stores cannot be managed online
- Any incident, flaw, or defect related to an in-store purchase must also be handled at the physical store. Our physical store and our online store are separate channels, with independent support for these cases.
- Returns processed online will not be accepted in physical stores
- Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not eligible for exchanges or returns through our portal
5. OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
- In the event of a return involving products from different orders, a separate request must be submitted for each one
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit will be offered for the corresponding amount
- In the case of an exchange, the customer will receive a new order number, which will be processed within the same timeframes as a regular order
- Exchanges and returns may take up to 30 days to be processed from the time the package is received at the warehouse
- In the case of a refund, the amount will be returned within up to 5 business days from confirmation
- When payment was made using store credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued using the same original payment method
6. COSTS
- Exchanges in Spain: €2.95
- Returns in Spain: €4.95
- For international shipments, costs will be determined in accordance with the regulations and logistics applicable in each country
7. EXCLUSIONS
The following products are excluded from the right of return:
- Items purchased at Pop-Ups, Outlets or Sample Sales
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Health or personal care products
- Purchases made through third-party distributors, including El Corte Inglés, are excluded from this policy and will be governed by their own terms of sale, exchange and return
8. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
Gods Brand reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
In particular, returns will not be accepted for products that show:
- Obvious signs of use
- Missing original tags
- Damage or alterations from their original condition
