Returns and exchanges policy
1. Options for making returns or exchanges
We currently offer two options for processing your return or exchange:
a) In physical store
You can return or exchange your product directly at our official stores located in:
- Fuencarral Street 72, Madrid
- Carrer del Duc 8, Barcelona
To do this, you must bring the garment in its original packaging and label, along with the order number or purchase receipt.
b) Online via Reveni
You can also complete the process online through our returns platform:

You only need:
- Enter your order number (for example, #123456).
- Please provide the email address you used to make the purchase.
Once completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to manage your return or exchange.
2. General conditions for return and exchange
- Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
3. Time limits for returns and exchanges (general conditions)
Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
- The refund will be made using the same original payment method, unless you prefer a voucher or bank transfer.
Exchanges (size or item):
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.
3.1 Special deadlines during sales and promotional periods
During promotional or sales periods, including but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas and official sales, the following conditions will apply to both online and in-store purchases, always counting from the date of receipt of the order or the date of purchase in store:
Size or item exchanges:
- Changes can be made within a period of 30 calendar days.
- Changes will be subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
Returns:
- Returns with refund to the original payment method can be requested within a period of 15 calendar days.
- Once those 15 days have passed and until the 30 calendar days are completed, the refund will be made exclusively in the form of store credit or voucher, not refundable in cash.
These special conditions replace the general conditions for returns and exchanges during the indicated promotional periods.
4. Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons or due to special sales conditions, returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Gift cards
- Health or personal care products
- Underwear or swimwear
- Products purchased at Pop-Ups, Outlets or Sample Sales
- Mystery Box
- Gifts sent by GODS to the customer
Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer without prior authorization from GODS BRAND.
Unauthorized packages will be rejected.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If the product meets the quality policies, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Original payment method
- Store coupon
- Bank transfer (if requested)
Refunds usually take between 1 and 3 business days , depending on your bank.
If you haven't received it after that time:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank
- Write to us at contact@fakegodsbrand.com
6. Shipping costs and responsibilities
- GODS BRAND does not accept collect shipments.
- Shipping costs and any customs fees are borne by the customer or by Gods depending on the country from which you are purchasing: check it on the payment screen.
- Any shipment that does not meet the conditions will be returned to the sender without the right to a refund.
- FAKE GODS SL is not responsible for losses, damages or costs arising from transport.
7. Returns of purchases made in physical stores
If you made the purchase in one of our permanent physical stores, you can make a return or exchange directly there.
Always apply if the product is unused and retains its original packaging and labels.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for purchases made at Pop-Ups, Outlets or Sample Sales.
