Shipping policy

Order confirmation and processing
  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
  • Orders are usually processed the same day if placed before 1:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after that time will start processing on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery times


  • Spain: 2–4 business days (Canary Islands: 5–7 business days)

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • USA: 5–7 business days

  • Latin America & Rest of the World: 6–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping costs and free shipping
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €150.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination and package weight/volume.
  • The exact shipping cost is displayed in the cart before checkout.
Order tracking
  • All shipments include a tracking number.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • You can check the shipment status at any time using this link.
Customs duties and taxes
  • For shipments within the EU, VAT is usually included in the final price.
  • For shipments to the United States, the final price includes all taxes and duties. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the customer, according to the destination country’s regulations.
  • Gods Brand is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.
  • If the carrier requests additional payment upon delivery, please contact us so we can assist you.
Delays, issues and claims
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
  • In case of delays due to external causes (customs, transport, force majeure), we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify it upon delivery and keep the original packaging for possible claims.
Cancellations and changes
  • You may request to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been processed.
  • To change order details (address, shipping method, etc.), please contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
Delivery limitations
  • We reserve the right not to deliver orders to PO Boxes, post office boxes or very remote areas.
  • Some remote destinations may be subject to special conditions (higher costs or longer delivery times).
High-demand periods

During high-demand periods (such as collection launches, Black Friday or Christmas), additional delays may occur. We will do our best to minimize them and keep our customers informed.

Customer responsibility
  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete, clear and correct shipping address.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will bear any additional reshipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
