Shipping policy

Gods Brand Shipping Policy


1. Order confirmation and processing

  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

  • Our team usually processes orders on the same day if they are placed before 1:00 PM (Spanish Peninsula time) . If they are placed after that time, the business day count begins the following day.

  • Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


2. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and season, but our standard times are as follows:

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands : 5 to 7 working days

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : 7 to 10 working days

  • European Union (other countries) : 7 to 10 working days

  • International shipments (outside the EU) : 10 to 12 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be extended depending on the destination, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping costs and free shipping

  • We offer free shipping for orders over €150

  • For orders below that threshold, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery country and the weight/volume of the order.

  • We show the exact shipping cost in the shopping cart before you complete your purchase.


4. Order tracking

  • All shipments include a tracking number.

  • We will send you an email with the tracking link once the order has left our warehouse.

  • You can check the shipment status at any time using that link.


5. Customs and taxes

  • For shipments within the EU, taxes (VAT) are usually included in the final price when placing the order.

  • For shipments to the United States, the final price includes all taxes and duties. There will be no additional delivery costs.

  • For shipments outside the EU, any additional customs costs, duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer , according to the regulations of the destination country.
  • Gods Brand is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.

  • If the carrier requests any additional payment during delivery, please contact us so we can help you resolve the issue.


6. Delays, incidents and complaints

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us with your order number and we will help you locate it.

  • In case of delays due to external causes (such as customs, transport, force majeure), we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • If your order is damaged during transport, you must notify us upon receipt and keep the original packaging for possible claims against the carrier.


7. Cancellations and modifications

  • You can request to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been processed (i.e., before it leaves the warehouse).

  • To cancel or change order details (address, shipping method, etc.), please contact our customer service as soon as possible after making the purchase.


8. Delivery limitations

  • We reserve the right not to deliver orders to PO Box addresses , post office boxes, or areas that are too remote for the carrier to access.

  • In certain very remote destinations, shipping may be subject to special conditions (higher costs, longer delivery times).


9. Special seasons / peak demand

During periods of high demand (e.g., collection launches, Black Friday, Christmas) there may be additional delays. We will do our best to minimize these and will keep our customers informed.


10. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, clear, and correct shipping address.

  • If the transport company cannot deliver due to incorrect, incomplete or missing data, the customer will assume the additional costs generated to resend the order.

  • We are not responsible for losses or thefts once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
